To conclude, here are a few practical rules for structuring the choice and implementation of CMMS software.

  • First and foremost, you need to consider the technical environment, database format and software functionality. No turning back!

  • Appoint an administrator (and only one!) to manage the application, keep it up to date and ensure regular backups.
