4. Evaluation grid

The choice of CMMS software is based on a multi-criteria analysis along two axes:

• software functionality, i.e. compliance with technical and user-related criteria, and in general with specifications (if any);

• the cost of the software, i.e. all the criteria or financial items involved in implementing the software.

To evaluate the software's functionality, we suggest the following analysis grid.

Importance of criterion" legend :

• 3 = determinant ;

• 2 = very important ;

• 1 = important.
