2. Coupling between part and mold

The positioning of the cooling circuits depends not only on the thermal properties of the tooling, but also on those of the part to be cooled. Penetration depth and surface temperature depend directly on polymer properties and processing conditions. The thermal evolution of the tooling cannot be decoupled from the thermal evolution of the part during the cycle. Figures 5 , 6 , 7 and 8...
