1. ATEX regulations

1.1 Principle

The purpose of this regulation is to improve the health and safety of workers exposed to ATEX risks.

Its provisions result from the transposition of European Directive 1999/92/EC, in the form of Decrees 2002-1553 and 2002-1554, which supplement or amend the Labor Code.
