What can I do if I don't have the European regulatory information?
When the product is accompanied by "MSDS" (Material Safety Data Sheet) or other documents from abroad, several problems arise:
Hazard classification is not based on CLP;
the hazardous substances to be listed in the composition are not the same (there may therefore be hazardous substances not indicated by the data sheet);
the substance names don't match.
You can then :
Immediately request the supplier to provide compliant documentation;
Note down the information available to get an initial idea of the hazards;
search for substances...
