Picto outil Tool

Many European regulatory texts offer their own definition of "placing on the market" (Tool The different regulatory definitions of marketing ). The definition given in the REACh and CLP regulations is the most concise and applicable to the vast majority of other situations. It specifies that "placing on the market" means supplying a product or making it available to a third party, whether in return for payment or not.
