5. Conclusion

The fire behavior of electrical cables is a critical issue for the safety of modern infrastructures. In the event of fire, cables can not only spread the blaze rapidly, but also release toxic fumes that complicate the evacuation of occupants and the response of emergency services. A thorough understanding and rigorous control of their behavior are therefore essential to minimize risks and protect human life and property.
