6.1 Don't write a hazard study for an installation under the Declarative (D) or Registration (E) regime.
In these cases, a hazard analysis is not required, unless the Prefect decides to replace the registration application with an authorization application (articles R. 512-46-8 and R. 512-46-9 - Sub-section 2 Application processing - Section 2 Installations subject to registration of Code de l’environnement ).
