1. Are you concerned by the obligation to carry out a hazard study?

Installations or structures requiring a hazard study are defined in the nomenclature of classified installations for environmental protection (ICPE), and are subject to the authorization regime (article R. 511-9 of Code de l’environnement ). The content of an ICPE application is defined by regulations, and comprises four parts: the application, the impact study, the hazard study and the health and safety notice. The content of the ED is defined in article R. 512-9 of Code de l’environnement .
