2. When do you need to draw up a hazard analysis?

The hazard study must be carried out in one of the following cases:

  • preparation of an application for authorization to operate (DDAE) for a new plant;

  • completion of a DDAE as part of an administrative regularization or modification of operating conditions involving a significant change in relation to authorized operating conditions, deemed significant by the prefect;

  • projects for the creation of an installation or structure for which a special intervention plan must be drawn up (in application of article 15 of loi n° 2004-811 du 13 août 2004 de modernisation de la sécurité...
