5. Our advice

5.1 Declare all your biocidal products

The Biocid declaration is not just a declaration to give visibility on the Biocid public interface. It enables you to continue marketing your product once it has entered the perennial period and you have submitted an MA dossier. Without this declaration, you will have to wait until the end of the evaluation of your file (two-three years) to put your product back on the market.

In the case of similar products, you can use the "Duplicate product sheet" option in the "Menu" tab of the product concerned.
