4. Updating a declaration in Biocid

It is possible to update your Biocid declaration according to changes in your product. To do this, in the list of biocidal products on the home page, select "Edit product sheet" in the "Menu" to the right of the line for your biocidal product.

Two modifications are possible.

• Minor modification: in this case, you modify the information concerned directly in the file and click on "Save" in the relevant tab (minor modification). The fields concerned by such a modification are secondary names, user category, formulation type, uses, H and P indications, MSDS and packaging.

• Major modification: in this case, a new record is created and a voluntary withdrawal date is added to the old record. The fields concerned are trade name, product type, composition (active substance) and SA/TP pairs....
