5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Don't forget to indicate your training needs

If you would like the outside company's personnel to follow the training courses provided for in the CARSAT recommendations, specify this in the specifications.

CRAM CARSAT recommendations are not mandatory. Otherwise, they cannot be imposed. However, from the point of view of jurisprudence following occupational accidents or illnesses, it is preferable to be able to demonstrate that the planned provisions provide a level of protection or prevention at least equivalent to that derived from CARSAT recommendations (implementation of the best available techniques in the public domain).
