INTRODUCTION
Annex VIII of the CLP Regulation obliges first marketers of a mixture classified as hazardous or a biocide to notify the local authorities to facilitate their identification in the event of an accident. Notification files to "poison control centers" in the various countries of the European Union are drawn up using IUCLID software. Once the dossier has been created, it can be submitted directly via the ECHA submission page.
The aim of this sheet is to show you the various stages involved in preparing a PCN dossier under IUCLID for a mixture made up of several substances, right through to submission.
