Once the workstations have been identified, a list of employees exposed to CMR agents must be drawn up (Tool List of employees exposed to CMR agents ). The form of the list is not prescribed by the decree, but it must include, in addition to the CMR substance(s), the nature, duration and degree of employee exposure.
