8. Advantages and disadvantages

Given the history of MADS-MOSAR, an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of its application is essential.

The past is not in MADS-MOSAR's favor. Very many people have been trained in this method, but very few are actually applying it, whether at the CEA for plant safety engineers, or at the engineering schools grouped within the ARI (Analyse des Risques Industriels) network for the teaching of this method.
