4. Preparing ambient documents

Offering learners facsimiles of documents to which they would have access in real-life situations is important not only to promote immersion and the effective credibility of the scenario, but also to help municipal teams take ownership of them. Among these documents, it seems important to reproduce :

1. documents linked to simulated hazard data: to continue the example presented in this article, it is necessary to create documents linked to hydrometeorological events such as :

   • Météo France bulletins and associated warnings,

   • for flood hazards, the Vigicrue document, or even the flood hydrographs of the rivers concerned, at different time steps,

   • radar images of the event: we can either take images from a real event, or recreate radar...
