6. Exercise preparation ecology: reuse!

Preparing all the elements required for an exercise can take time and energy. As with other current topics, it is advisable to preserve them, and for this the watchword is "reuse". The question is: what can be reused? If the only parameter of the scenario that has changed is the territory, we can envisage reusing the scenario events and the content of the animation sheets relating to these events. However, reuse will not be possible without adaptation, as it is highly likely that certain elements will have to be adjusted to the new territory.

Note that injected events can have different purposes:

• allow learners to work on a particular point ;

• reproduce the reality of the situation and encourage participants to immerse themselves in it;

• disturb learners...
