Nanomaterial
A nanomaterial is defined as "a substance as defined in Article 3 of the REACH Regulation, intentionally manufactured on the nanometric scale, containing particles, unbound or in the form of an aggregate or agglomerate, of which a minimum proportion of the particles (50% of the sizes by number according to the Order of August 6, 2012) have one or more external dimensions between 1 nm and 100 nm" (Article R. 523-12 of the Environmental Code).
