13. Conclusion

Risk management calls on a large number of "hard" and "soft" disciplines; it's a field that globalization and the sudden emergence of the Internet are making increasingly complex and unavoidable.

Terrorism and cybercrime, of which France appears to be a priority target, have changed our approach to the industrial world and the world at large in just a few short years. No one knows where this will lead us, but it's clear that we'll have to get used to new situations that are only matched by the conditions of war, but a war that is absolutely devious and multifaceted.

It is the ambition of this collection to bring to the attention of as many people as possible, in a simple but rigorous form, the know-how essential to making the world in which we live safer and more aware of its actions, and to contribute to the sustainability of companies...
