7. Regulations —The individual and the law

Regulations cover all aspects of production, including distribution and storage. They also apply, of course, to discharges into the environment. Today, environmental risk is a major risk due to its media sensitivity.

Most of the texts relating to health, safety at work and environmental protection are grouped together in the new Labor Code, which is currently being amended.
