4. Contribute to the process: make your views, difficulties and issues known

You can have your say during the stakeholder consultation organized prior to the recommendation (see Understanding and anticipating the principle of authorization, how it works and the substances concerned [FIC 0156] ). This consultation is open for three months from the time it is posted on the ECHA website, generally in June-July. It calls for reasoned comments on :

• justification for the substances selected (data used for prioritization: tonnages, uses, etc.);
