4. What is the safety advisor's role in the company?

The safety advisor's overall role is to help prevent the risks to people, property and the environment inherent in activities involving dangerous goods.

When working on site, the safety advisor examines practices relating to dangerous goods shipments, determines whether they comply with regulations, and advises the company in order to facilitate the execution of these operations in compliance with applicable provisions and under optimum safety conditions.
