1. What data can you retrieve from your "purchasing/sales/HSE" database?

All substances, whether on their own or in mixtures, should be listed, with at least the following information included in your inventory (see Inventory: information to be included [FIC 0171] ):

  • their main identification numbers (e.g. CAS No., EC No. [ELINCS or EINECS], chemical and/or trade name);

  • the name of the legal entity responsible for manufacturing ;

  • production tonnage, taking into account the last few years or the last year of production;...
