7.1 Morphological characterization of lipid bodies

The changes in lipid bodies induced following expression of caléosine in Saccharomyces cerevisiae are assessed by two complementary techniques: an in situ approach, using electron microscopy, and a post-isolation approach, using laser-assisted dynamic light scattering.
