MALDI-TOF; Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-Time of flight

Mass spectrometer coupling a matrix-assisted laser ionization source, which prevents the molecule under study from being broken, and a time-of-flight (ToF) analyzer.

Carbohydrate; carbohydrate

A biomolecule composed of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen, whose main biological functions in living beings are to provide immediate and structural energy.
