5. Considerations regarding the spacing between two successive bolts (or screws)

In all cases, the minimum spacing (or lack thereof) is determined by the clamping tool. Two cases can be considered.

• Rigid parts under bending without joints

  If continuity of contact is desired, taking into account the above comments and in the most favorable case, the spacing between two successive bolts should be checked:
