6. Machine selection

The acquisition and commissioning of a broaching station always represents a major investment. Moreover, the option chosen must be the right one, because in large production runs, it is often a single piece of equipment used for the operation, ruling out any possibility of using another piece of equipment for repairs in the event of prolonged stoppage. In an industrial structure with a "Methods" function, this department is responsible for selecting, acquiring and commissioning the equipment.
