With exceptionally fast response, even at room temperature, a power supply requirement of less than 100 nW and excellent resistance to common poisonous gases, the performance of our sensors based on palladium nanowire bundles is competitive with current hydrogen detection technologies.

These sensors have been patented in the U.S., and U.S. and European companies are now interested in industrializing and marketing them.
