7. Conclusions

  • The compendiums presented in this dossier bring together a set of rules resulting from industrial and regulatory requirements applied to French power plants used as export references. Foreign customers and their safety authorities thus have easy access to the basic safety rules.

Published in French and English, the RCC are internationally renowned. Incidentally, they have contributed to a better understanding of French and European standards abroad. The RCC are thus an important vector for the dissemination of French nuclear technology, and the technical basis for major export contracts.
