4. Contracts, financing, estimates, permits

At this stage, the feasibility study has validated the viability of the project. If this is the case, the solar planner or project owner mobilizes to obtain the last permits or other administrative documents, to validate and secure the necessary financing, as well as contracts (insurance, commercial...).

Permits may include :

• a building permit ;

• planning permission;

• a site access agreement ;

• a lease of the land ;

• an environmental permit ;

• a production license ;

• a connection request ;

• any other documents specific to country legislation and project type.
