the economic study, consisting of costing the purchase, delivery and installation of the equipment, the electrical, water, external works and civil engineering work, commissioning and certification of the installation;
a financial study to define the return on investment, the rate of return and the net present value of the project, based on the site's operating and maintenance costs and...
