It is essential to provide the manufacturer with all the information needed to determine the most suitable equipment:

• nature of pumped liquid (clean, calcareous, sandy, brackish water, etc.) ;

• flow in m ³ / h ;

• geometric suction height H _a (if a well, give total depth and low and high water values) ;

• geometric discharge head H _r ;

• length of suction and discharge pipes, if any, with diameters, number of bends, etc. ;

• required end-of-pipe pressure ;

• type of electric current: single-phase (light) or three-phase...
