3. Constituent principles

Ensuring the coherence of a program in order to carry out the project efficiently and without any backtracking requires us to reflect on the theoretical articulation between the two phases of an operation. This can be based on two concepts: the very nature of the artifact in question, and the contribution of conformation.

What lies at the heart of any operation can only be the geometric space that supports human activities. This raises the question of the transition between the specification of activities and the allocation of the corresponding spaces (the places in which they can be deployed).
