This question has long been the focus of heated debate. For anthropologists and philosophers, it concerns the possible correlation between Culture and Nature. More recently, the debate has been taken to the political level, asking whether man makes the city or the opposite.

The controversy seems difficult to resolve. It is therefore essential to proceed in a different way.
