11.1 Applicable regulations (O 22)
11.1.1 Existing buildings and facilities
Existing establishments and buildings for which the building permit application date is prior to the date of application of the decree of June 25, 1980 are deemed to comply with the provisions laid down to prevent the risk of fire and panic, insofar as they comply with the regulations applicable to them at the time of their construction, or to which they were subsequently subject.
