3. Clearances

3.1 Horizontal circulation (O 6)

In addition to the provisions of article CO 35 (section 9.2.3 of [TBA 3 002] ), corridors linking staircases to each other, staircases to exits and exits to each other must be at least two passage units wide.

All doors opening onto corridors used to evacuate sleeping quarters are fitted with a door closer, with the exception of sanitary facilities and bathrooms.
