ERP fire safety – Special provisions - Type O establishments – Hotels and other accommodation establishments

In this type of establishment, in addition to the general rules, special rules must be applied depending on the number of employees admitted. These rules mainly concern :

• the number of people admitted ;

• plant design ;

• security services and alarm systems;

• electrical and heating installations;

• equipment for rooms and ancillary premises;

• scenic fittings ;

• means of evacuation ;

• measures applicable to all plants.
