1.1 Establishments subject to regulation (article S 1)
The provisions of the present section apply to libraries and archive documentation and consultation centers where the total number of members of the public admitted is greater than or equal to one of the following figures:
100 people in the basement;
100 people on upper floors and other elevated structures ;
200 people in all.
