10. Emergency equipment and instructions

Article R. 3511-1 of the French Public Health Code

The ban on smoking in places designated for collective use mentioned in article L. 3511-7 applies :

"In all enclosed and covered places open to the public or which are workplaces ;

"In public transport ;

"In uncovered areas of public and private schools, colleges and lycées, as well as establishments intended for the reception, training or accommodation of minors.
