ERP fire safety – PS-type establishments - Covered car parks

In addition to the general provisions for public-access establishments (ERP), special rules must be applied to PS-type establishments (covered parking lots), depending on the number of people admitted. These rules mainly concern :

• constructive provisions of the plants ;

• security services and alarm systems;

• authorized activities ;

• technical and electrical installations;

• air quality ;

• smoke extraction.

These provisions also take into account covered parking lots with automated storage and those accessible to public transport vehicles.
