5. Classification of furnishing materials

The materials are divided into the following categories: M1, M2, M3, M4 and, where applicable, M0.

For classification purposes, we distinguish between :

  • materials with a thickness of 5 mm or less;

  • rigid materials of any thickness and flexible materials thicker than 5 mm.
