Employer; Employ

A person or company that employs people.

Salarié; Employee

A natural person bound to an employer by the conclusion of a contract of employment and by a relationship of permanent subordination.

Litigation; Litigation

In civil procedure, this word refers to any procedure designed to have a court rule on the admissibility and merits of claims between one or more people and one or more others.

Beneficiary; Ayant droit

Person holding a right by virtue of his or her relationship with the author. This is a person benefiting from a right by virtue of his or her legal, fiscal or financial situation, or a family link with the direct beneficiary of this right.
