5.1 Triangle with given side lengths

Data :

• a point A ;

• the length of sides [AB], [BC], [CD].

Layout :

• With point A as the center, draw the arc with radius [AB] and place any point B on this arc;

• With point A as the center, draw the arc with radius [AC] ;

• With point B as the center, draw the arc with radius [BC] ;

• the intersection of the two arcs determines point C (figure 20 ).
