The publication, in 2019, of a Code de la commande publique (French Public Procurement Code) integrating the legislative and regulatory aspects of contract law and concession law, as well as the loi sur la maîtrise d'ouvrage publique (MOP law) and its implementing decrees concerning project management, and the loi sur la sous-traitance (French law on subcontracting) and its implementing provisions, undoubtedly represents progress in terms of accessibility for construction industry players to the texts likely to affect them.
