3.1 Staff training and access
It is essential to :
only employ personnel who have received appropriate training and are fully conversant with scaffolding assembly-disassembly-modification techniques;
authorize access to the assembly area only to personnel assigned to this task.
Training for one type of scaffolding is not necessarily valid for other types; it is essential to contact the manufacturer or rental company.
