3. Different forms of reception
Acceptance of work can take a number of different forms, depending on the behavior of the various parties involved: the client, contractors, builders and, if the client has appointed a project manager, the project manager.
The three possible cases of acceptance (express acceptance, tacit acceptance and judicial acceptance) will be examined in turn (table 2 ).
