4. Transcription of legal provisions into works contracts
The principles laid down by law and regulation are transcribed into contractual documents with varying degrees of seriousness. Several situations may arise:
whether or not the contractual provisions governing the acceptance procedure comply with the principle laid down in article 1792-6 of the French Civil Code;
whether or not the contract includes provisions organizing the acceptance procedure;
the contract includes a specific clause relating to acceptance and does not refer to the standard ;
