Analyzing objectives means taking each stakeholder into account.

Each partner in the project needs to know as precisely as possible the respective requirements, objectives and expectations of all those involved, not in general terms, but in relation to the specific project under consideration:

• project owner ;

• prime contractor and designers ;

• companies ;

• manufacturers.
