6. Heat transfer fluids

A case in point is the freon gas used in the refrigeration industry, which is used in the composition of a large number of refrigerants. This is a highly specialized field in which thermodynamics and electronics play an extremely important role. The circulation of this coolant takes place in hydraulic circuits, which are the responsibility of the refrigeration engineer.

6.1 Domestic hot water

It is defined by the same criteria as drinking water, with the addition of thermodynamic constraints: expansion, pressure increase and heat loss.
